A closer look at your diamond’s footprint
Understand what carbon neutrality means for a lab-grown diamond, and how it differs from a claim about an entire engagement ring.

The diamond is the focus
Nura’s intended carbon-neutral scope is the lab-grown diamond in our Lab-Grown Diamond Engagement Rings collection.
This scope does not extend to the ring’s precious metal, setting manufacture, packaging or customer delivery. It should not be read as a claim that every Nura product or our business is carbon neutral.
Your questions, answered
Carbon-neutral diamond FAQs
What does carbon-neutral mean?
It describes a balance between measured greenhouse-gas emissions and the reductions or offsets used to address them, within a defined scope. It does not mean that making the diamond creates no emissions.
Are all lab-grown diamonds automatically carbon neutral?
No. Growing and finishing diamonds uses energy. A lab-grown origin alone does not establish carbon neutrality.
Does this cover the complete engagement ring?
No. The intended scope is the diamond only. The metal, setting, packaging and delivery are separate.
Which collection does this page relate to?
Our Lab-Grown Diamond Engagement Rings collection. This page does not extend the scope to Exquisite rings, Ring Builder stones, moissanite or other collections.
What should I check before choosing a diamond?
Ask which stone is covered, which production stages are included, and what documentation supports the claim. Contact Nura about your chosen design before ordering.
