Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, GST, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Nura Lab does not pay or reimburse any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges applied by local authorities.
As customs regulations vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand any potential charges. If you have any questions, please contact us via our contact form and we'll be happy to assist where possible.
Please note: If an order is returned to us because customs duties or import charges were not paid, any shipping, return shipping, customs, or handling fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Showroom Pickup
(after we complete your order)
If showroom pick-up is chosen at checkout, please allow a minimum of 2-4 business days in addition to your Completion Date for your order to arrive at your desired showroom.
Upon collection, a physical ID (driver's license or passport) that matches the name on the order or a third-party name that has been authorised is required.
