In 2025, after many conversations and deep reflection about the jewellery industry, Nura Lab was founded with a simple vision: to make exceptional fine jewellery more accessible without compromising on quality, craftsmanship, or design.
That vision became the beginning of Nura Lab — a brand created for people who want exceptional quality, thoughtful design, and a piece they can feel proud of, without the traditional price barriers often attached to fine jewellery.
While Nura Lab launched in 2025, our experience did not begin there.
Our journey into jewellery began long before Nura Lab.

Our team combines decades of hands-on experience across jewellery design, manufacturing, stone setting, repairs, custom creations, and quality control.
Over the years, our jewellers have worked with clients across New Zealand and internationally, creating pieces that celebrate life's most meaningful moments with lasting quality and attention to detail.
This experience, combined with a commitment to continual improvement and innovation, continues to shape everything we do today.
Before Nura Lab, our team was already deeply involved in fine jewellery through our sister brand, Raphana Jewellery, specialising in natural diamond jewellery and bespoke craftsmanship.

Our jewellers are highly experienced professionals, with some bringing more than 30 years of industry expertise. Throughout their careers, they have worked with some of the jewellery industry's most respected names, including Cartier, Harrisons, and other leading jewellery houses.
That experience matters. It means every ring, pendant, bracelet, or custom piece is handled by professionals who understand fine jewellery standards, precision workmanship, and the level of care required to create something truly lasting.
