Start by telling us what you have in mind. You can send inspiration photos, design ideas, preferred stone shapes, metal colour, or even a simple concept you would like us to refine.

Design & Quote Approval
Once we review your concept, we work through the design direction, stone options, and overall budget with you. If needed, we prepare a CAD design so you can visualise the piece before it goes into production.
This stage is all about making sure the design feels right before craftsmanship begins.
Timeframe
Usually Ready in 4–6 Weeks
Most custom-made pieces are completed within 4–6 weeks from final approval. More intricate designs or peak seasonal periods may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated along the way.
Crafted, Checked, and Delivered
Once approved, your piece moves into production where it is carefully crafted, finished, and quality checked by our team. We focus on clean workmanship, thoughtful detail, and a final result that feels as special as the reason behind it.
